User Retail Messaging Banner Redesign

Summary:
Improved user communication and reduced confusion by implementing a lightweight, non-intrusive messaging banner.
The Problem:
Sitewide banners were not templated and were one off designs that had to be toyed with in each release and iteration causing too much time being invested in customization. The banners also were not mobile friendly most of the time and had issues with covering up important content.
The Solution and Impact:
1. Designed and integrated a persistent but non-intrusive messaging banner across key mobile screens, ensuring users received timely, contextual updates without interrupting content presentation.
2. Focused on clear language, adaptive visibility (reduced visibility on scroll), and seamless mobile responsiveness. All of this was templated and reproducible and easily customizable.
3. Resulted in fewer marketing requests for specialized banners and one off changes.
